Alocasia Baginda "Dragon Scale"
Alocasia Baginda "Dragon Scale" can have a stain on the underside of its leaves on old leaves (see photos). This is very normal for this species. We advise you not to repot the Alocasia after arrival and to provide at least a rest period of two months.
The Alocasia Baginda Dragon Scale is a difficult plant to keep in good condition during the winter and partly because of this a plant that is especially suitable for more experienced plant holders.
It tends to go to winter rest with a small amount of stress as many Aroids (mainly tuber plants) do.
As a result, the leaves sometimes turn partially or completely yellow, they can die faster and, in particular, grow less rapidly.
This plant needs some extra care and especially a lot of light and warmth. Also pay attention that it does not dry out and therefore keeps the soil slightly moist, but at the same time ensure that the water can drain away.
Leaf: Leaf diameter up to 25 cm
Height: Up to 40 cm.
Remarks: Alocasia Baginda "Dragon Scale"" is a very rare Alocasia, it has beautiful green veined leaves.
Alocasia Baginda "Dragon Scale" will be sent as fully rooted plants as shown in the photo. A limited number of plants are available.
