ATTENTION: Monstera Dubia will be sent as a plant as shown in the photo, Monstera Dubia is a climbing plant that has virtually no roots in the soil. It is strongly not recommended to remove the plant from its pot. The Monstera Dubia needs a rest period of at least 2 months after arrival to get used to his new environment. Monstera Dubia requires special care and is only suitable for experienced enthusiasts. Every plant is different / plants differ from each other.

Monstera Dubia care:

The Monstera Dubia uses little water, but it is important that the soil remains moist and certainly not dry out. You can spray her daily so that the very short roots can also absorb water. Monstera Dubia must be able to climb, it is best to cover a stick or branch with a layer of spagnum, so it can attach better and also absorb water.

The Monstera Dubia is demanding of its location. It requires a place with sufficient daylight, this Monstera cannot tolerate sun. Make sure there is high humidity. Monstera cannot tolerate temperatures below 15 degrees.

Shipping times may differ due to the large quantity of orders and weather conditions. During the cold months we send our plants with a Heat Pack if needed. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts. 

Due to the large quantity of orders, adding plants to existing orders is not possible.

Nelumbogarden packs and ships its plants very carefully. We use sturdy cardboard boxes and pack with kraft paper. It is possible for soil to fall out of the pot or a leaf to break during transport. We do not guarantee these two points. We ask you to open the box carefully and not with a knife or sharp object. Carefully remove the (kraft) paper. Some plants lower their leaves in the dark, these are restored within a few days. Due to changes in the season, the plants may differ from the plant shown in the photo.

Our company does not work with chemical pesticides. We pack our plants in recycled material and limit the use of plastic to a minimum.
